Getting old... getting bigger issues...

God, I miss our good old days when one can say whatever in his mind without fears. I hate these days when the burdens got heavier and much difficult to steam out.

Bad politics

Ambition can drive leaders to practice bad politics to push a certain cause at the expense of others. Leaders manipulate others within the organization, get rid of certain people, even good, talented people, because it doesn’t suit their particular interest and they want to construct a team loyal to them. Good people who can bring value to the organization are shunted out.
